Invoicing for companies

If you want to make corporate purchases by invoice and are not yet our customer, you can place an order with your billing details. The right to be invoiced requires an approved credit decision. We primarily recommend electronic invoicing.

If necessary, we can also send the invoice as a PDF by e-mail. A paper invoice is possible by separate agreement and may incur a service fee.

Our credit team assesses the granting of invoicing rights at the time of order. We require that the company has been in operation for at least one year and has no payment default records. If we detect deficiencies or need additional information, we will contact you before further processing the order.

Corporate customers who order regularly or pick up frequently can also agree on consolidated invoicing, where an invoice is delivered once a month. Consolidated invoicing is agreed separately – contact us by e-mail at myynti@elgood.fi

Each product has a base price. In addition, the product may have a quantity-discounted price.

Before logging into your business account, all prices include VAT. After logging into the business account, only tax-free prices are displayed.

Customer-specific additional discounted prices are not shown separately but replace the product's base price and quantity-discounted price.

Customer- and product-specific contract prices are technically being implemented gradually.

In the online store, a business customer should create their own business account at the time of their first order. This way, we obtain the necessary billing and delivery information. Additionally, registration makes future transactions easier.<\/p>

If you do not want to order through the online store or if the products are not available there, you can always place an order by email or by phone.<\/p>

When creating a customer account in the online store, a business customer must select the account type as Business Account. Additionally, we ask to receive the billing information at the same time.

"Old" business customers who have created a new online store account with Elgood or Partco will receive deliveries according to their existing valid payment terms.
