Payment Methods
In the Partco.fi online store, you can pay for your purchases securely using the following payment methods:
- Online bank payments (Finnish banks)
- Payment cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- Mobile payment methods
- Paypal
- Invoice and installment payment (third-party financing services)
- Invoicing for business customers (for pre-approved customers)
Payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj. Paytrail will appear as the payment recipient on your bank statement or card invoice.
Mobile Payment Methods
In the Partco.fi online store, you can also pay using the following mobile payment methods:
- Siirto
- MobilePay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Mobile payment methods are available on compatible devices. Available options will be shown at checkout.
Payment Processing
Online store orders must be paid in advance at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed.
Invoice orders for business customers are processed separately based on a credit decision. Partco.fi reserves the right to refuse invoice orders without providing a reason.
Orders cannot be modified after they have been placed.
Invoice and Installment Services (Consumers)
Invoice and installment payment services are provided through third-party financing companies. The financing provider makes an independent credit decision.
Payment terms, interest rates, and any additional fees will be presented at checkout before order confirmation.
The financing service provider is responsible for invoicing and debt collection terms.
Invoicing for Business Customers
Business customers can apply for invoicing rights during the ordering process. We prefer e-invoicing. We require that at least one year has passed since the company began operations and that there are no records of payment defaults in the company’s credit history.

Store and Pickup Orders
The most common payment cards and cash are accepted in our store.
Prepaid online store orders can be collected from a parcel locker or service desk.
A valid ID is required upon pickup.
Payment Method Fees
Partco.fi does not charge additional fees for payment methods.
Any invoice or financing fees will always be displayed before order confirmation.
Payment Security
Partco.fi uses a secure SSL connection and reliable payment service providers. Card details are not stored in Partco.fi systems.
Payment Issues
In case of payment or delivery issues, we will always contact the customer.
If the order cannot be delivered within a reasonable time, any prepaid amounts for undelivered products will be refunded.
