PARTCO Online Store Delivery and Return Terms

General Terms

The minimum order value for all delivery methods is €10.00 (€7.97 VAT 0%). Orders below this amount cannot be placed through the online store.

Orders for Pickup

• The order must be placed before 12:00 noon so that it can be ready for pickup on the same business day
• Only products available for pickup are specifically indicated in the product information
• Pickup orders must be paid in advance (excluding invoice purchases)
• The order is available for pickup only after it has been processed and the customer has been notified by email or text message
• The order must be collected from the store or parcel locker within one week
• We keep a record of unclaimed orders
• Some special products (such as certain chemicals, antennas, and sealed lead-acid batteries) are available for pickup only
• Products too large for the parcel locker can only be collected during store opening hours

Note! No handling or delivery charges are applied to pickup orders.

Domestic Postal Deliveries

• The order must be placed before 12:00 noon so that it can be dispatched on the same day
• Delivery charges apply if the order value is less than €100.00 (€79.68 VAT 0%)
• Delivery is free* if the order value after discounts exceeds €100.00
• Large or heavy shipments are charged according to the actual postal costs
• A tracking code will be sent by email if the shipment includes tracking

Note! These terms apply only to online store orders. Orders placed by phone or email are always subject to delivery charges.

Domestic Delivery Prices (valid until further notice)

** The weight limit for Small Parcel is 1.5 kg

Return Terms

For customer returns, please contact customer service: myynti@elgood.fi

• The return period for unused products is 14 days
• The complaint period is 8 days from the date of the delivery note/invoice
• Products specially made or ordered to customer specification cannot be returned
• All returns must always be agreed upon in advance
• The return method and freight reimbursement are agreed on a case-by-case basis

Return Note

Please include the following information with the return:

• With whom and when the return was agreed
• The original delivery note or receipt number
• Product name and quantity
• Reason for return

Products Not Eligible for Return

• Brokered products (e.g. Farnell, Digikey, Mouser)
• Semiconductors (microchips, diodes, transistors, FETs, optoelectronic components, etc.)
• Drive belts and flat belts
• Custom-made wires and cables
• Wires and cables sold by the meter
• Batteries (from opened retail packages)
