I can't find anything here

We have gathered the main areas of our selection in the tabs of the top bar. However, not everything is there. A complete product category tree opens on the left side when you are on product pages. You can also view the entire selection tree via the link at the bottom of the page.<\/p>

At the top center of the page, there is a Search field. By typing into it, it can immediately suggest matching results based on product code, product name, product category name, product descriptions, manufacturer name, additional information, and especially saved keywords. The difficulty in finding items arises from the variations in terminology used. We are continuously working to improve expression diversity.<\/p>

If you still cannot find what you are looking for, it may be that we do not have that product. But please feel free to ask. Via the contact form, by phone, email, or chat (coming soon).<\/p>

Question 2

Finally at the checkout, but is it really necessary to register?

We do not require the creation of a customer account or registration. However, if you want to accumulate your order history, receive targeted offers, and participate in prize draws, we recommend registering as an online store customer.<\/p>

However, we do need the information corresponding to registration in order to deliver your order.<\/p>

A functioning email address is the basis for all customer communication. Made-up or faulty addresses only cause trouble. We ask you to avoid them. A phone number is also important, especially if you order to a parcel locker.<\/p>

About products and information

Accepted Answer

Prices shown in the online store for users not logged in or logged in as private customers include VAT (goods and services taxed at 25.5%). For business accounts, prices do not include VAT (0%). Prices are valid only when ordered from the online store. However, our basic selection is priced the same when purchased in-store. Online store promotions may occasionally differ from this. We reserve the right to change prices.

We do not display the product stock quantity as a direct number. Products that are out of stock can still be ordered immediately. Most of our selection has a weekly turnover. Clearance items that are sold out cannot be added to the shopping cart if they are still visible. We will contact you separately if there are exceptional delivery quantities. Delivery times and other details will be agreed upon together.

We share product information as much as we can as a small business. If you encounter incomplete or incorrect product information, please let us know. We will correct it immediately upon notification. Suggestions for improvement are always welcome. The contact form is a good tool for this.

We also strive to provide up-to-date product images. There are certainly outdated and poorly taken photos in the online store. Please share your suggestions regarding these as well.

All products visible and in stock in the online store are primarily found in our own warehouse at Juurakkotie 5 B, 01510 Vantaa. If you need a larger quantity and are in a great hurry, it is advisable to call and confirm the day's stock. We will reserve the products for you if necessary.<\/span>

Tios about adding to cart

You can add products to the shopping cart whenever the "Add to Cart" button is clickable. When proceeding to checkout, it is advisable to carefully check that the desired quantities are in the cart. The quantity of products can be easily changed. The product quantity discount adjusts accordingly.<\/p>

It can always happen that the item reserved in the shopping cart is simultaneously sold through the store. Therefore, the online store order cannot be considered a delivery guarantee.<\/p>

Supplier-specific drop shipping is also possible. You can order anything from, for example, Farnell's selection in the same order. Prepayment applies only to our own warehouse selection. We invoice drop-shipped products separately. More details are available on their own tip pages.<\/p>

The contents of the shopping cart are retained if you keep cookies enabled in your browser.<\/p>

We do not charge additional fees for orders picked up in person. Shipping costs by mail depend on the chosen shipping method, volume, and weight. Not all products can be ordered by mail. These include, for example, etching chemicals and larger products.

The online store selection is continuously expanding. It may not have everything that is available in our warehouses. It is always worth inquiring if the exact length of fiber optic cable you need is not found in the online store selection. Additionally, we can quickly procure items in the same delivery from our extensive supplier network.<\/p>

Representations / Wholesale<\/a> section contains products from Elgood Oy's direct factory contacts. These generally have minimum order quantities similar to wholesale. Many products also have a BLK-suffixed product code for retail sales.<\/p>
