Paytrail-maksutavat

Verkkokauppamme maksut käsitellään Paytrail Oyj:n (y-tunnus 2122839-7) kautta. Paytrail on suomalainen maksupalveluntarjoaja, joka mahdollistaa turvallisen ja helpon maksamisen useilla eri maksutavoilla.

Käytettävissä olevia Paytrailin tarjoamia maksutapoja ovat:

kotimaisten pankkien verkkopankkimaksut (OP, Nordea, Danske Bank, S-Pankki, POP Pankki, Oma Säästöpankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, Ålandsbanken)
yleisimmät maksukortit (Visa, Mastercard ja American Express)
mobiilimaksutavat (MobilePay, Siirto, Apple Pay ja Google Pay)
lasku- ja osamaksuvaihtoehdot (esim. OP Lasku, OP Tililuotto ja Walley) Huom. vain yksityisasiakkaille!

Maksaminen tapahtuu Paytrailin suojatussa maksupalvelussa, eikä maksukorttitietoja tallenneta verkkokaupan järjestelmiin. Maksun vahvistamisen jälkeen palaat automaattisesti verkkokauppaamme, jossa tilauksesi käsitellään normaalisti.

Maksutavasta riippuen maksun saajana tiliotteella voi näkyä Paytrail Oyj tai Paytrailin yhteistyökumppani.

Cash payment upon pickup

Our store accepts all common payment cards as well as cash.<\/p>

Prepaid online store orders can be picked up either from the pickup locker or the service counter upon presentation of an identity document.<\/p>

Invoicing for businesses

The payment term for invoice customers is 14 days net.

If you want company purchases invoiced and you are not yet our customer, you can place the order with your billing information. We prefer e-invoicing. If necessary, we can also send a PDF invoice by email.

We require that at least one year has passed since the company began operations and that there are no records of payment defaults in the company’s credit history.

Our credit team will assess whether to grant invoicing privileges. If we detect any deficiencies, we will contact you regarding the further processing of the order.

Payment methods

In the Partco.fi online store you can pay for your purchases securely using the following payment methods:

Online bank payments (Finnish banks)
Payment cards (Visa and Mastercard)
Mobile payment methods
Invoice and instalment payment (external financing services)
Invoicing for corporate customers (for pre-approved customers)

Payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj. Paytrail appears as the payee on your bank statement or card statement.

In the Partco.fi online store you can also pay with mobile payment methods:

Mobile payments are available on compatible devices. The available mobile payment methods are shown at checkout.

Charging of payment

Online store orders are paid in advance when placing the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Invoice orders for corporate customers are processed separately based on a credit decision. Partco.fi reserves the right to decline an invoice order without separate justification.

An order cannot be changed after it has been placed.

Invoice and instalment services (consumer customers)

Invoice and instalment services are offered through external financing companies. The financing service provider makes an independent credit decision.

Payment terms, interest and possible additional charges are shown at checkout before confirming the order.

Terms related to invoicing and collection are the responsibility of the financing service provider.

Invoicing for corporate customers

Corporate customers can apply for invoicing rights when ordering. We prefer electronic invoicing.

Store and pickup orders
The most common payment cards and cash are accepted in our store.

Prepaid online store orders can be picked up from the pickup machine or the service desk.
Identification is required when collecting the order.

Payment method specific fees
Partco.fi does not charge separate payment method fees.

Any invoice and financing fees will always be disclosed before confirming the order.

Payment security
Partco.fi uses a secure SSL connection and trusted payment service providers. Card details are not stored in Partco.fi's systems.

Problems related to payments
In the event of payment or delivery problems, we will always contact the customer.

If an order cannot be delivered within a reasonable time, we will refund prepaid amounts for undelivered products.
