PARTCO Online Store Return Policy

• The return period for unused products is fourteen (14) days.
• The notification period is eight (8) days from the date of the delivery note/invoice.
• We do not accept returns of products made or ordered as special orders.
• Any returns must always be agreed upon in advance.
• The return method and freight reimbursement are agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Prepare a return note that includes:

• With whom and when the return was agreed
• The original delivery note/cash receipt number
• Item description and quantity
• Reason for the return

The following products or product groups are not eligible for exchange or return:

• Intermediary products – especially foreign suppliers such as Farnell, Elfa, Digikey, Mouser
• Semiconductors such as microchips, memory chips, linear semiconductors, diodes, transistors, FETs, optocouplers, etc.
• Drive belts and flat belts
• Custom-made wires and cables
• Cables and wires sold by the meter
• Batteries (from opened retail packages)
