PARTCO online store terms of delivery

For all delivery methods the minimum order value is 7,00 € (5,58 € excl. VAT). Orders smaller than this cannot be placed through the online store.

Orders for pickup

• the order must be placed before 12:00 for the order to be ready for pickup the same business day
• only products marked as available for pickup are listed as such in the product information
• pickup orders are paid in advance except for those billed by invoice
• the order is available for pickup from our store only after the order has been processed and the customer has been notified by email or SMS
• the order must be picked up from the store or pickup locker within one week
• we keep a record of unclaimed orders
• some special products such as certain chemicals, antennas and lead gel batteries are pickup-only
• items that are too large for the pickup locker due to their size can only be collected during store opening hours

Note! We do not charge handling or delivery fees for pickup orders.

Domestic postal deliveries

• the order must be placed before 12:00 for the shipment to be sent the same day
• we charge delivery fees if the total sum of the order lines is less than 100,00 € (79,68 € excl. VAT)
• we do not charge delivery fees* if the total sum of the order lines after discounts exceeds 100,00 € (79,68 € excl. VAT)
• deliveries that exceed the weight class of the delivery method or occupy extra space are always charged according to the actual postal fees
• for shipments with a tracking code the customer will receive the tracking code by email
