We will introduce a new enterprise resource planning system on 2 November 2026 as part of the continuous development of our services and operating processes. The goal of the upgrade is to serve our customers more smoothly and efficiently.
During the implementation, temporary delays may occur in order processing, deliveries and customer service.
Our warehouse and store will be closed on 29–30 October 2026.
The pickup locker will remain available for customers who have received a pickup code before the Thursday closure.
No orders will be dispatched on 29–30 October, and delivery delays are expected between 2 and 6 November.
We will do our best to ensure a smooth transition and minimize the impact of the upgrade on our service.
