P6KE15CA is a bidirectional (bidirectional) TVS protection diode designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from ESD discharges, inductive voltage spikes and other transient overvoltages. It is particularly suitable for protecting AC signal lines and bidirectional data and control lines.
