Shelly Plus Add-on is a galvanically isolated interface module designed to be used with Shelly Plus relays. It enables connecting temperature, humidity and other analog and digital sensors to Shelly Plus devices to enhance complex automation and efficiency.

The Shelly Plus add-on must be activated in the app after installation, after which you can enable the connected sensors.

Note! You will need an electrician's assistance for fixed mains electrical installations.

Shelly Plus Add-on module supports the following devices

• 1 x DHT22
• NTC resistors with a nominal resistance of 10 kΩ and β=4000 K
• Photoresistors
• PIR sensors
• Soil moisture sensors
• Ultrasonic proximity sensors
• Capacitive liquid level sensors

• Other analog sensors with 0 - 10 V output voltage

Examples of using the Shelly Plus Add-on

1. Reed switch: Add a reed switch to the Plus Add-on module to monitor the garage door open/closed position. We recommend using it together with a Shelly Plus 1 relay.
2. Liquid level sensor: Connect a liquid level sensor to the Plus Add-on module to monitor the water level in a pool or aquarium. We recommend using it together with a Shelly Plus 1 or Plus 1PM relay.
3. Heating: Add two DS18B20 temperature sensors and measure supply and return temperature.
4. Wind: With a wind sensor, an awning can automatically retract when it is too windy. We recommend using it together with a Shelly Plus 2PM relay.
5. Soil moisture: Connect a soil moisture sensor so the irrigation system can start automatically when the soil is too dry. We recommend using it together with a Shelly Plus 1 relay.
