The Gen4-generation Shelly 1PM supports multiple connection protocols, including Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Bluetooth and Matter. Matter certification ensures broad compatibility with different smart home systems, including Apple HomeKit via Matter. The device also functions as a Wi-Fi and Zigbee network extender and a Bluetooth gateway.
Built-in precise energy measurement allows real-time monitoring of electricity consumption and free cloud storage of historical data. Current capacity is up to 16A and power capacity up to 3840W, making the device suitable for most household lighting and appliance loads. An internal temperature sensor protects the device from overheating and ensures safe operation.
Shelly 1PM Gen4 does not require a separate control hub and can be controlled with the Shelly Smart Control app, local functions, automation platforms and voice control. The device supports schedules, scenes, scripting, virtual components and KNXnet/IP communication, offering a flexible solution for both simple and advanced smart home setups.
