The RIGOL RP1300H is a passive probe designed for higher voltages with 100:1 attenuation. Its bandwidth extends to 300MHz, allowing accurate measurements across a wide frequency range.

Voltage rating CAT I 2000 V (DC+AC), CAT II 1500 V (DC+AC)

The probe is compatible with e.g. DS8000-R, MSO8000/A, MSO/DS7000, MSO5000 and DS1000Z/-E series oscilloscopes.
