The RP1000D series high-voltage differential probe is designed to measure large voltage differences between two points safely and accurately. It does not measure voltage only relative to earth like ordinary probes, but can measure the voltage directly between two live points.

The probe is compatible with Rigol DS8000-R, MSO8000/A, MSO/DS7000, MSO5000 and DS1000Z/-E, among other oscilloscopes.
