The PVA8250, with a 2.5 GHz bandwidth, is an active probe for high-frequency applications. It can be used to measure differential and single-ended signals with improved common-mode rejection. The PVA8250 uses a plug-on connector probe head and supports four different interchangeable probe heads for various uses, enhancing its versatility. In addition, its replaceable probe tip extends the probe's service life, and the distance between probe tips can be adjusted precisely to meet the requirements of different test points.

The PVA8250 is compatible with the automatic detection port of Rigol DS8000-R, MSO8000/A and MSO/DS7000 series oscilloscopes, allowing it to be detected and configured automatically. The probe's snap-in BNC connector enables easier connection to the oscilloscope.
