The Rigol DHO4000 series is based on Rigol's second-generation Centaurus chipset, developed in-house, designed to provide an extremely low 18uVrms noise level. The high 12-bit resolution means the captured signal is 16 times more precise than in previous 8-bit models.
The UltraAcquire mode allows capturing up to 1,500,000 waveforms per second. So you can be confident you'll notice any abnormal signals.
The DHO4000 series includes parallel, RS232/UART, I2C, SPI and CAN protocol decoding and triggering as standard.
Optional decoders are also available for LIN, CAN-FD, Flex-Ray, I2S and MIL-STD-1553.
