The Rigol DHO4000 series is based on Rigol 27s self-developed second-generation Centaurus chipset, designed to provide an extremely low 18uVrms noise floor. The high 12-bit resolution means the captured signal is 16 times more precise than previous 8-bit models.
The UltraAcquire mode allows up to 1,500,000 waveform captures per second. You can be confident you will spot all anomalous signals.
The DHO4000 series includes, as standard, parallel, RS232/UART, I2C, SPI and CAN protocol decoding and triggering.
Additionally, LIN, CAN-FD, FlexRay, I2S and MIL-STD-1553 decoding are available as options.
