Product Description
Description
Programmable time module with a 10 A / 250 V relay (available with NO and NC contacts), allows setting the relay response time and mode to a trigger signal, and features a built-in LED display (three digits, 7-segment). It can be powered by 6–30 VDC or via a microUSB connector. The board is equipped with ARK terminals and mounting holes.
Features
-
- Programmable time relay
- Time can be set in the range: 0.1 s – 999 minutes
- Setting step:
- 0.1 s – 99.9 s: 0.1 second
- 1 s - 999 s: 1 second
- 1 min - 999 min: 1 minute
- 7-segment display for easy use
- Supply voltage: 6–30 V DC
- Possibility to power via microUSB connector (connector is not used for communication with a computer)
- NO/NC relay output
- Opto-isolated trigger input
- Programming with four buttons
- The relay can be turned off manually at any time
- Available operating modes:
- P1: Relay activation for the "OP" time after a TRIGGER input signal (rising edge)
- P1.1: Retriggering during the count does not change the counting
- P1.2: Retriggering during the count resets the count
- P1.3: Retriggering stops the timer during the count and turns the relay off
- P-2: Trigger starts counting the "CL" time, and at its end starts the relay for the "OP" time. Retriggering does not change the counting.
- P3.1: Relay is triggered and the "OP" time is counted, at its end the relay is turned off for the "CL" time, cycle repeats according to the "LOP" parameter. Retriggering stops the counting and deactivates the relay.
- P3.2: Relay control in a loop without triggering. Relay is turned on for the "OP" time, turned off for the "CL" time, and the loop repeats (number of loop repetitions is determined by the "LOP" parameter, can be infinite). Trigger signal does not affect operation.
- P-4: Relay is turned on by the trigger, the counter stops for the duration of the trigger signal. After losing the start signal the relay remains on for the "OP" time. Retriggering during the "OP" time resets the counter.
- P1: Relay activation for the "OP" time after a TRIGGER input signal (rising edge)
- Easy to use
- Settings are retained after power loss
- Four mounting holes, diameter 3 mm
- Dimensions: 38 x 63 x 20 mm
- Weight: 24 g
After powering on:
- A short press of the STOP button toggles the relay state (ON / OFF)
- A short press of the SET button allows viewing the set OP / CL / LOP parameter values
- Holding the SET button longer enters the menu
After entering the menu:
- First select the operating mode P1.1-P4 with the UP / DOWN buttons (description of modes above)
- A short press of the SET button accepts the operating mode and moves to OP / CL / LOP parameter settings
- Use UP / DOWN buttons to change the OP / CL / LOP parameter values
- With the STOP button you can change the time unit: decimal seconds / seconds / minutes
- A short press of the SET button accepts the parameter value and moves to the next parameter setting (if available)
- Holding the SET button longer saves the parameter values to memory and returns to operating mode
Note! Not for professional use. Do not use to control mains-powered devices. Only below 50VAC/DC.
