These cables are available with either male or female DuPont (jumper wire) ends — you need the male version if you want to connect a Pimoroni Pico board to a breadboard or female headers, or the female version to connect it to a Raspberry Pi's GPIO pins (or anything else with male pins). In either case you’re ready to program your board using traditional SWD or by using Picoprobe!

The JST-SH connector (on the Pimoroni Pico end) is the same one Pimoroni uses on the Grow humidity sensors, so these cables can also be useful if you want to connect a standalone humidity sensor to a microcontroller or breadboard.
