The Pimoroni PIM700 NVMe Base expansion board enables the use of high-speed NVMe SSDs with the Raspberry Pi 5. It allows using the Raspberry Pi as, for example, a media server. The Pimoroni NVMe Base connects to the Raspberry Pi's PCIe interface with the supplied ribbon cable. The expansion board mounts conveniently behind the Raspberry Pi using the supplied mounting screws.

A 500GB SSD is included, which supports at least PCIe Gen 3 speeds.
