Description

This digital sound level meter, featuring a 4-digit 20 mm LCD multi-function display (58 x 44 mm), datalogger, bar graph and backlight, is designed for noise projects, quality control and all kinds of environmental sound measurements as well as sound measurements in factories, schools, offices, traffic, households and much more. In addition, the PeakTech 8005 has a USB connection that enables long-term measurements. A mains power supply as power source and a tripod for stable measurement values are valuable support in these applications. The device offers a choice between manual and automatic range selection across four measurement ranges from 30 ... 130 dB with 0.1 dB resolution; switch between fast and slow time weighting according to classification data and select between A and C weighting.
