The PeakTech 1096 is a new development for fast and straightforward voltage measurements as a two-pole voltage tester, featuring a digital LCD display and additionally an LED display for current voltage values. This model is TÜV/GS tested for enhanced operational safety and has an easy-to-read backlit LCD for precise display of voltage or resistance measurements. The device also includes a continuity test that responds immediately when both probes are connected to a de-energized conductor, providing a red LED in addition to an audible signal. A single-phase test and a rotation direction indicator for 3-phase systems are already integrated into this model. Residual-current devices (FI / RCD) can be tripped with the integrated test button, allowing their operation to be checked quickly. The LCD backlight and the integrated LED flashlight can be switched on and off separately. Thanks to these versatile functions, this handy measuring device is ideal for daily use in testing, maintenance and new installations of electrical systems in trade and industry.
