A range of compact and handy USB-C LiPo/LiIon battery chargers that are perfect for charging hungry batteries.
Pimoroni spent a lot of time at Pirate HQ recently thinking about ways to charge batteries for Badger 2040, and Pimoroni came up with all sorts of terrible solutions. Good news though — you don't have to settle for dubious prototype remnants, because Pimoroni already made some simple, small LiPo battery chargers that are just right.
LiPo Amigo Pro is slightly larger and has some extra features. It has two JST-PH connectors, so you can charge your battery and use the device at the same time (and seamlessly switch between USB and battery power). It also has a power button and extra built-in battery protection.
Both are compatible with any LiPo, LiIon or high-capacity LiIon batteries (batteries sold separately).

Mandatory LiPo warning
LiPo and LiIon batteries can be dangerous if not handled properly! You should use LiPo Amigo boards only to charge 3.7V LiPo or LiIon batteries, and you should ensure any projects containing LiPos are adequately protected from knocks, bends, punctures or crushing.
We recommend using only LiPo batteries that include their own internal protection against overcharge, over-discharge and short circuits (all batteries we sell include this protection).
If you use a battery purchased elsewhere, make sure the wire polarity matches the markings on our board before you connect it!
