TOP243YN – Off-line Flyback Switcher IC (TO-220)

TOP243YN is an integrated off-line switcher IC from Power Integrations' TOPSwitch-GX family that enables building an efficient AC/DC flyback power supply with a minimal number of components. The IC includes a PWM controller, a high-voltage MOSFET and several protection functions.
