Tucson Optics TC-13 Optical Fiber Identifier

The Tucson Optics TC-13 is a versatile fiber maintenance and installation tool that combines a fiber identifier, an optical power meter (OPM) and a VFL laser for fault location in one device. The TC-13 enables identification of an active fiber without interrupting traffic and allows inspection of the direction and strength of the optical signal in the field.

A metal fiber clamp enables fast and reliable measurement without changing separate adapters. The device detects the direction of active traffic and commonly used 270 Hz, 1 kHz and 2 kHz identification signals.
