- Temperature range: -50 ... +110 °C
- Resolution: 0.1 °C (-9.9 ... 99.9 °C), 1 °C (other ranges).
- Measurement accuracy: 0.1 °C
- Update rate: 0.5 s
- Supply voltage: 12 V DC
- Current consumption: 35 mA
- Current consumption when relay is activated: 65 mA.
- Sensor: NTC (10K 0.5 %) water-protected.
- Output: 1-channel relay / 10 A
- Operating temperature: -10 ... +60 °C / Humidity: 20 .... 85%
- Cable length (sensor): approx. 50 cm
- 4 mounting holes (M3.0)
- PCB dimensions: 50 x 40 x 16 mm
1. Connect the supply voltage, measurement sensor and the desired load
(screw terminals K0 and K1) to the PCB.
2. When the SET button is pressed briefly, the LED display flashes. Using the + and - buttons
the desired temperature is set. When you press the SET button again, the desired temperature is accepted.
3. If the SET button is pressed for longer than 3 seconds, different options can be selected.
Various options can be set in the following menu (see table below).
As a rule, option P0 is mainly set. Here you can
switch between C and H modes. C means the relay switches
when the desired temperature is exceeded, H when the desired temperature is
fallen below.
4. The module now starts to continuously measure the temperature with the sensor.
When the desired temperature is reached, the relay switches on and creates continuity
between screw terminals K0 and K1. In addition, the LED (LED1)
lights up permanently.
