AM2302 is also known as DHT22, which is a high-precision temperature and humidity sensor for home environments. Relative humidity measurement is based on a capacitive method, and temperature measurement uses an NTC thermistor. All sensors are calibrated. Accuracy class (accuracy) is 0.3 degrees Celsius for temperature and 2% for relative humidity.

Compared to the DHT11 sensor, this is more accurate and has a wider measurement range for temperature and humidity. Naturally, it is also more expensive.
