The original Arduino® ABX00080 - Uno R4 Minima - a renewed edition of the very popular Arduino Uno development board. A more powerful Renesas RA4M1 ARM-based microcontroller embedded on a Uno-format PCB and still with the traditional five-volt operation.
The redesigned Arduino UNO R4 Minima is equipped with a powerful Renesas 32-bit microcontroller. Prepare for increased processing power, expanded memory and entirely new peripherals. And best of all? Compatibility with existing shields and accessories remains largely unchanged.
The new UNO R4 Minima in the Arduino product family is an excellent addition suitable for both beginners and experienced electronics enthusiasts.
What the UNO R4 Minima offers
Hardware compatibility with the UNO form factor: The UNO R4 Minima retains the same form factor, pinout and 5 V voltage levels as its predecessor, the UNO R3. This ensures a smooth transition for existing projects and the shields used in them.
More memory and higher clock speed: The UNO R4 Minima offers larger program memory and improved performance, enabling significantly more demanding tasks compared to its predecessor.
Integrated peripherals: The UNO R4 Minima brings several onboard peripherals, such as a 12-bit DAC analog output, CAN BUS automotive bus interface and an OP AMP operational amplifier.
Extended 24 V tolerance: The UNO R4 Minima now supports a wider input voltage, allowing the use of up to a 24 V power source. This simplifies projects where it is more convenient to use a single common power supply.
SWD connector: Debugging is a critical part of any project. Connect an external debugger to the UNO R4 Minima board and monitor the system internals.
HID support: The UNO R4 Minima development board has built-in HID (Human Interface Device) support. When connected to a computer via USB cable, the UNO R4 Minima can act as a mouse or keyboard to provide simple commands.
